Fragrance

If you are buying fragrance and you know what you want it is easy right! But if you don’t know what you’re looking buying there are a few things to consider. What strength are you looking for? An EDP (Eau de Parfum) will last longer and smell stronger, but an EDT (Eau de Toilette) is usually cheaper.
There are scent families that offer different ‘types’ of smells. You can read more about these in our scents section. And there are top, middle and base notes which refer to the layers of smell a fragrance will offer. For example, when you apply perfume, the first fragrance you smell is the top note which will then give way to the middle notes and eventually change as the base notes come through.
